Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the details of order processing, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times for Hex & Stitch. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

1. Production Time

All items are made to order. Because each piece is individually cut, dyed, and stitched by hand, please allow around 1–2 weeks for production before shipping.

If additional materials are needed, the full 2 weeks may be required — but I’ll always aim to get your order made and shipped as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

I currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping times begin once production is complete.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days): £3.45
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days): £4.29

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local delays.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order.
  • Once your item is dispatched, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
  • Tracking is provided through Royal Mail.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email support@hexandstitch.co.uk or reach out via the Contact Page.
  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, I’ll help file a claim with Royal Mail.
  • I can’t cover packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses — please double-check your details at checkout.

5. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If your parcel is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address, or
  • Failure to collect from your local delivery office

…you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping. If you’d prefer a refund instead, the original shipping fee won’t be refunded.
